Day 1 | SANTIAGO DE CHILE / VIÑA DEL MAR

Transfer from the hotel in Santiago towards Vina del Mar.

Hotel San Martin, located in the heart of the touristy zone of the city, adjacent to the Acapulco Beach and a few steps from the Casino, charming deluxe. With 155 elegantly furnished and fully equipped rooms. Restaurant for serving local and international specialties. Hotel Sheraton Miramar is located by the Beach of Caleta Abarca, deluxe international hotel with wonderful views of the Valparaiso bay, a minimalist and comfortable decoration, it hotel offers 142 rooms and suites all of them with sea view. Fully equipped with LCD of 32”, minibar, high speed internet and voice mail, TV cable and hair dryer. It also features jacuzzi, spa, gym, interior and heated swimming pools, 24-hour room service, non-smoking rooms, business center, 2 rooms for handicapped people. It has restaurants and bars with excellent international cuisine.

Tour in Valparaiso, stop at the Artilleria lift, to see the imposing view of the city and the port activity. We continue around and across the “cerros” or folds in the hills of the city to the San Luis square from where we will discover Concepcion Hill on foot, with its 19th Century architecture like the St. Paul’s and Lutheran churches, the Atkinson alleyway. Walking across Alegre Hill along the Gervasoni alleyway. A number of other traditional alleyways will be walked to cross to Cerro Alegre to see Paseo Yugoslavo and the Baburitza Palace with another amazing view of the bay, before descending to the Plaza Sotomayor via the El Peral lift. Visit the museum house of Pablo Neruda La Sebastiana. The tour ends along the main city avenues passing Chile’s parliament building and examples of the historic architecture which help make Valparaíso a World Heritage Site. Lunch will be served at Portofino Restaurant.

In the evening, transfer from hotel to Delicias del Mar Restaurant, where dinner will be served.

Day 2 | VIÑA DEL MAR / ZAPALLAR

Departure northwards along the coast to know many beaches and the beautiful seaside resorts of Maitencillo, Cachagua and Zapallar. The first stop is the small resort town of Maitencillo, combining beautiful nooks festooned with native garden plants together with the marine landscape. Zapallar, is an exclusive seaside resort with a small bay considered to be one of the most beautiful on the northern coast.

Stop at the viewpoint and walk along its famous Senderos de Piedra or Stone Pathways. After this walk time to enjoy a short coffee break by the bay. Then head on to Cachagua, a small village characterized by its houses hidden among the vegetation.

Stop at the viewpoint from where several bird species can be seen, including Humboldt Penguins.

Lunch will be served at the restaurant of the exclusive Hotel Isla Seca in Zapallar.

During the afternoon, we head up into the foothills of the coastal range to discover the characteristic flora and fauna of this currently endangered Mediterranean bush ecosystem. Return to Vina del Mar during the afternoon. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 3 | VIÑA DEL MAR / SANTIAGO DE CHILE

During the morning, transfer to the airport near Santiago to board your departure flight back home.
