To start your participation at the Congress, all the participants should complete the registration form. This form can be complete online or by hard copy send by fax, both options are listed in the end of the page.
As follow the fee related to each category. Remember that all the fees are expressed in euros (€):

The registration payment can be done trough credit card or bank transference
Terms and Conditions
- Credit Card Payment: the fee related to the category will be charge in your credit card in local currency, chilean pesos. Once the fee has been charge, you will received a confirmation letter that support the correct registration to the Congress.
- Bank Transference Payment: this option is valid only for transference in euros currency, we remind you that you have to indicate your name in the transference this facilitate the track of your payment. Please be aware that the participant is responsible for any bank charges incurred in preparing the bank transference. As follows the details for bank transference:

Cancellation Policy::
- Cancellations received before September 16th, 2009 will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. Please note that such refunds will only be processed after the congress.
- Cancellations received after September 16th, 2009 are non-refundable; however, substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome
- All cancellations must be send by written to the Congress Secretariat to the e-mail wacs2010@cmcevent.com.
