HOTELS

The 34th WACS Congress, has selected different accommodation with the goal of provide you the best stay at Santiago Chile, as follows you could see the list of Hotels in convention with the Congress, remember to make your hotel reservation either via online or downloading the reservation form.

We invite you to check this list and read the Terms and Conditions related to each one:

Transportation

In the figure above we have indicated the 4 official transportation hotels (Sheraton Hotel and San Cristobal Tower, Radisson Vitacura Hotel and Regal Pacific Hotel), this service will be free included for all the attendees accommodated in one of the hotels of the figure. According to the following references:

Venue and Social Events: The transportation will be from and to these 4 hotels, all the attendees accommodated in the others hotels must meet in one of these mentioned hotels.

Transfer Airport – Hotel: The transfer will be included to all of the registered attendees; the transfer will be from the Airport to the 4 official hotels of transportation.

Grand Hyatt Santiago Hotel, includes in the room rate; special transportation to its guests from the hotel to the venue of the Congress and to the social events of the Congress.

Terms and Conditions

Hotel rooms must be reserved by sending the enclosed housing form to the Housing Bureau before November 30, 2009.

After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can only be guaranteed for the period specified on the housing form, which should be duly completed with the credit card details that guarantee this reservation. Any change in arrival or departure date, or type of accommodation required, should be immediately indicated in writing to the Housing Department. Adjustments will be made according to hotel availability.

Room rates do not include taxes. Current law allows all foreign hotel guests who pay their bills in dollars in cash, traveler’s check or by credit card are exempt of 19% VAT.
Chilean attendees must pay VAT.
